Returns / Damaged Items During Shipping
All items are vintage and used unless otherwise noted, there may be visible wear on the item - this is just the nature of these goods!
I aim to curate a collection of goods that I would personally keep in my home. I do my best to depict and describe items in detail to the best of my ability. We love answering any questions you may have and can always provide more detailed photos or photos in different lighting if needed.
For the reasons above I do not accept returns at this time.
If an item is damaged or broken during shipment please let me know and we can work together on filing a claim and work on a refund.

Local Pick Up in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Are you local to Santa Fe? Use code "PICKUP" at checkout to remove shipping and send us a note to coordinate a pick up date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are an estimate based on weight/size/location and occasionally includes an extra fee for fragile items, we want to make sure your item arrives in perfect condition. Some fragile or larger items to include a shipping/handling fee to help us cover material costs. Let's talk if you feel your shipping estimate is incorrect, shipping overages of $2+ may be refunded.
Packing and Shipping Timelines
Processing for shipping may take 1-3 days unless otherwise stated in our shop announcement. We primarily package and ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Please send us a message or email at RhodesReserve@gmail.com if you need a quicker turnaround or an estimate on when your package may arrive. We most likely can accommodate but extra fees may apply. Please note once the post office receives your package we are not responsible for its condition. Although we will work with you the best we can to resolve any issues that may occur.
Expedited / Express Shipping
We can absolutely upgrade your order to expedited shipping via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We can usually accommodate a quicker processing / packing time on our end. Expedited shipping options typically will get your item to you within 1-3 days depending on the shipping provider (see individual websites for specific information).
Please send a message *prior* to purchasing so we can get you an accurate price and time quote that will work well with your budget and timeline. We are happy to ship your item via an express option but please note that delivery times are ultimately in the hands of the carrier and we are not responsible for delays once the package leaves our hands.
Returned Packages / Unable to Deliver due to Incorrect Address
Please check that you've entered in the correct shipping address, if an item is unable to be delivered to the recipient and returned to me, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to ship it again. We unfortunately can not refund shipping costs that have already been used to ship the item the first time.
